Vangya Bharit

What is it?

Spicy dish with aubergine (eggplant) paste.

What you Need

One big  abergine, half a cup of grated coconut, red chilli powder, two teaspoonful of tamarind pulp, finely cut one onion

How to make it

Roast abergine till it becomes soft, remove skin and crush. Add grated coconut, cut onion, little chilli powder, tamarind pulp, salte to taste and mix it with crushed abergine adding little water. Put one burning coal in the mixture Pour two, three drops of coconut oil on the burning coal and cover with remaning mixture.Serve with chapati.
