What is it?

Raw mango gravy

What you Need

cup of scraped coconut, two red chillies, one teaspoon coriander seeds, one tablespoon coconut oil, half spoonful of urad dal and two medium siza raw. mangoes peeled and cut into one inch cubes.

How to make it

Roast coriander seeds, chillies, and urad dal and methi seeds. Grind coconut,chillies and coriander seeds to a smooth paste along with some water. Add roasted methi and urad dal grind coarsely.Heat coconut oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds. When they crackle add assafoetida (hing) And curry leaves. Pour ground masala and water. Add salt to taste, and one tablespoonful of jaggery. You can add more jaggery if you want it sweet. Add raw mango cubes and boil. Cook till the mango becomes soft. Can be served with rice or chapatti.
