What is it?

Burgers of shell fish.

What you Need

Half a cup of sea-shell scrapped, one cup of grated coconut, half a spoonful of corriander seeds and red chillies roasted and powdered, one onion cut into small pieces

How to make it

Mix all above indicated things together. Add salt and half a spoonful of tamarind pulp. Mix well. Make small balls out of the mixture. Rollthem in samolina and shallow fry till brown.
