What is it?

What you Need

One cup of rice flour, 1/4 cup of grated coconut, 1/4 cup of finely chopped onions, one green chilli finely chopped, ¼ inch of finely chopped fresh ginger, one spoonful of sugar and salt to taste

How to make it

Mix all the ingredients adding little water and make a dough. Make six balls of the dough. Heat a little oil in a flat frying pan. Take one ball and flatten it on an aluminium foil spreading the mixture in a round shape. Put it on pan and cook for two minutes Flip over and cook for another two minutes. Flatten other balls also in similar way
