What you Need

Shelled prowns, one potato cut into pices ( inch) one ccup of grated coconut 3-4 red chillies, one teaspoon corriander seeds, one medium onion finely cut into pieces

How to make it

Roast corriander seeds, grind coconut, corriaander seeds adn red chillies to fine paste adding one cup of water to it. Add termeric powder, salt, amsul and cut onion leaving some pieces for tadaka,to it. Boil for two minutes. Boil prowns and potato pieces and add to it and boil for another two minutes. Give tadaka.

For tadaka: fry onion pieces in oil till they become blakish brown and add to curry.
