Sanjori

What is it?

A traditional sweet bread filled with semolina.

What you Need

One cup of samolina, one cup of sugar, cardemum powder,

One cup of maida.

How to make it

Roast samolina in two tablespoonful of ghee till it changes colour. Add  two cups of hot water and cook till all water disappears and becomes dry. Add sugsr and cook for two minutes. Add cardemum powder.and make small balls after the mixture cools.

Add water to maida and make dough of smooth texture. Make small balls of the mixture. Take one ball on your palm and flatten it. Put one ball of samolina mixture and fold from all sides and make a bigger ball. Roll over and make like chapati. Put on frying pan and fry on both sides putting little ghee.
