Tikhat Sanjo
What is it?
Dish made of semolina often served for breakfast
What you Need
One cup of samolina, one large onion sliced into small pieces, two
green chillies sliced, 1/4th cup of grated coconut, curry
leaves
How to make it
Roast samolina in two teaspoons of ghee. Put two teaspoonfuls of
oil in a pan put on medium heat. Add half spoonful of cummin seeds
and muster seeds. When they start fluttering add cut pieces of onion
and chillies and add 1/4th spoonful of termeric powder
Stir till onion is cooked. Add one cup of water and when it starts
boiling add roasted samolina, add sugar and salt to taste and stir
till it is cooked. It should absorb all water. Garnish with grated
coconut and finely chopped fresh coriander leaves
