A traditional sweet bread..
Boil chana dal till soft. Drain out water fully. Add jaggery and cook till all water is gone and mixture becomes dry. Grind the mixture
till smooth like velvet. Add cardemum powder. Make smaall balls.
Mix maida and wheat flour to gether. Add water and make smooth dough. Make small balls of the mixture. Take one ball on your palm
and flatten it. Keep one ball of chana dal mixture in the middle and fold from all sides. Make the ball and roll over and make it round like
chapati. Put it on pan and roast on both sides. Serve with lot of ghee
