What is it?

Dish of beaten rice often served for breakfast

What you Need

One cup of beaten rice washed, one large onion sliced, two green chillies, 1/4th cup of grated coconut, 1/4th cup of cashewnuts

How to make it

Put two tablespoonful of oil in a pan put on the medium heat. Add half spoonful of cummin seeds and muster seeds. When they start fluttering add cut pieces of onion and chillies to it and add 1/4th spoonful of termeric powder. Stir till onion is cooked . Add cashunuts sliced into two. Add little water and cook for two minutes. Add washed rice to it. Add salt and sugar to taste. Garnish with grated coconut and freshly cut coriander leaves before serving
