What is it?

.Shallow fried pieces of vegetables which can be eaten as pakodes.

What you Need

Peel the breadfruit and cut into crecent shaped thin pieces. Apply salt to them and keep for marination. Half a cup of s Semolina, and half spoonful of red chilli powder.

How to make it

Mix samolin, and red chilli powder together. Dip pieces of cut breadfruit into the mixture so that both sides of pieces are covered with semolina mixture. Shallow fry in oil till both sides become crisp. Phodies of potatoes, knolkol, brinjol, cauliflower can be made in similar way.
