What is it?

Baked crepe with jaggery and coconut sweets..

What you Need

One cup of rice flour, one cup of grated coconut, half cup of  jaggery, 4-5 termeric leaves.

How to make it

: 

Mix rice flour and water and make smooth paste of dropping consistancy, mix grated coconut and jaggery. Spread rice mixture on the

termeric leaves thinly. Put coconut-jaggery mixture on one side of the leaves and fold the other side on it. Steam for fifteen minutes.. erve steaming hot patolis with ghee.
