What is it?

.Dish made for special occasions like marriages or some festivals.

What you Need

One measure of sprouted moog, one measure of scraped coconut, two red chillies, spoonful of roasted coriander seeds.

How to make it

Boil sprouted moog till tender. Grind coconut, red chllies and roasted coriander to smooth paste. Add grounded masala to boiled moog. Add salt, two flakes of amsul. Garnish with hing ,muster seeds and curry leaves tadaka in coconut oil. Serve with chapatti or rice.
