What is it?

.Dumpling filled with jaggery and coconut, a favourite of Lord Ganesh.

What you Need

One cup of rice flour, one cup of grated coconut, jsggery 2/3 cardemum

How to make it

Boil two cups of water in a pan. Add rice flour and boil. till the water disappears and becomes thick dough. Mix grated coconut and jaggery and cardemum powder. Make small ball ( lemon size) of the dough Flatten it taking on the palm. Put coconut-jaggery mixture in it and fold on all sides covering the mixture.Steam the balls for five minutes. Serve with ghee
