What you Need
Besan (Bengal gram flour) sault, little chilli powder for
taste and oil for frying.
How to make it
Add a pinch of salt and chilli powder to the flour Make a
dough adding water to it. Put oil in a deep pan and heat it
moderately. Take a lumpsome of dough and put in the Kare mould and
press it at the same time moving the mould round and round. Deep fry
till Kare become crisp.
