What is it?
What you Need
One cup scrapped coconut, one teespoon cumin seeds
5-6 peppercorns, two red chillies ( byadagi )
How to make it
Heat 1/8th teaspoonful of ghee in a pan. Roast cumin seeds
till they flutter and change colour. Add peppercorn and chillies and roast for some few seconds.
Remove from heat. Grind along with scrapped coconut to a fine paste. Add some
more water and salt to taste. Serve with hot boiled rice.
