What is it?

Curry of dry mackarel

What you Need

Two dry bangadas, one cup of grated coconut, 4/5 dry red chillies, 5/6 tepalas crushed

How to make it

Soak bangdas for two hours in water. Peel and make pieces. Remove bones. Grind coconut and chillies to fine paste adding water. Add tepalas and boil. Add salt, termeric powder, amsul to taste. Add bangada pieces and boil for five minutes.
