Dali amti with maska sang
What is it? . dal preparation with the flavour of maska sang ( drum stick)
What you Need Half cup of tur dal, 1/4th cup of scraped coconut, One spoonful of coriander seeds, two red chillies. One drumstick cut into one inch pieces
How to make it Boil tur dal till soft. Roast coriander seeds and chillies. Grind together scraped coconut,chillies and coriander seeds to a smooth paste. Add drumstick pieces to cooked dal and boil till the drumstick pieces are cooked. Add grounded masala with some water. Add salt, jaggery and amsul for taste. Put half a spoonful of coconut oil in a pan. Add half a spoonful of mustard seeds. When it flutters add masal dal mixture. Serve with steamed rice.
