Alternate curry for mackarel.
Two bangadas, one cup of grated coconut, 5/6 red chillies, one spoonful of corriander seeds, 1/4th spoonful of fenugrik seeds , one onion cut into fine pieces
Roast corriander seeds, fenugric seeds. Grind grated coconut, chillies,roasted corriander seeds to fine paste adding water. Pound onion coarsly and add to the paste together with coarsly powdered roasted fenugric seeds. Boil the masala. Add salt, amssul to taste. Boil the mixture. Add cut pieces of bangadas to it and cook for two minutes. Serve with hot cooked rice.
