Fried mackarel and other fish.
. Two bangdas cut into four pieces each, red chilly powder, termeric powder , one spoonful each, salt and coarsely ground rice powder.
Apply salt and termeric powder to bangada pieces and keep for marinating. Add chilly powder to the coarsely ground rice powder. Roll bangsda pieces in the rice powder and shallow fry both sides in oil till they become brown and crisp.
Other kind of fish like Surma, prowns, pompret and others can be fried in the same way.
