Bangda Dhodak

What is it?

Spicy baked mackarel.

What you Need

Two bangadas cut into four pieces, one cup of grated coconut, 5/6 red chillies, 8/9 tepalas and amsul

How to make it

Grind coconut, red chillies adding tepal juice to it, to fine paste ( paste should be thick, not of dropping conistancy ) Add salt, amsul, termeric powder. Put bangada pieces into the mixture and stir so that masala is applied to them evenly. Bake into the oven to the temperatureof 180 degrees for twenty minutes till the water gets dried
