Bangadyache  Tepla  Ambat

What is it?

.Basic typical fish curry for mackrel.

What you Need

Two Bangadas, one cup of  grated coconut, four red chillies, 6/7  teplas.

How to make it

Grind together grated coconut, chillies to fine paste adding water. Add  tepal juice ( crush and pound teplas adding water and strain it.Cook ground masala. Add salt. amsul ( pices of dried kokam fruit)       Boil the mixture Add  macharel pieces and cook for two minutes. 

Serve with cooked rice.

Tarlya ambat and pedhi ambat can be prepared in the same way.
